Chicago ABCD Workshop Agenda
This
3-DAY workshop will review the principles of
asset-based community development, focus on ABCD tools, techniques,
and applications, and meet in small groups for problem solving and
“nuts and bolts” conversations. The group will travel to Chicago’s
neighborhoods to meet with neighborhood residents and nonprofit
leaders who will share their ABCD stories.

Training for Asset Based
Community Development
The
objective for the training is to ensure that
each participant learns the concepts, principles,
and application of ABCD. The workshop will begin
with an ABCD Concept Seminar. The "ABCD Concept
Seminar" will present concepts, methods, and
case studies about key elements of ABCD
practice. There will also be time for discussion
and exercises for deeper understanding. |
